1. Overview

ToolCall Store ("we", "us", "the Service") is a machine-readable storefront that lets customers and their AI agents discover, quote, preview, approve, execute, and verify real-world actions — including domain registration, DNS configuration, business email provisioning, LLM request routing, and image/video generation — through a single API. We provide value-added orchestration, billing, safety controls, verification, and support on top of third-party provider services.

2. Accounts and API keys

You must provide accurate account information and keep your API keys (tc_live_… / tc_test_…) confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your keys, including activity initiated by autonomous agents you authorize. You must promptly rotate or revoke any compromised key.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law or third-party right; register or use domains in bad faith (cybersquatting, trademark infringement, phishing); send spam or operate non-compliant email; generate unlawful, infringing, or abusive media; circumvent spend caps, scopes, approvals, or rate limits; or resell raw provider credentials. Provider acceptable-use policies apply in addition to these terms.

4. Quotes, approvals, and execution

Prices are presented as quotes before billable or irreversible actions. Quotes expire and may change with provider pricing. Certain actions require human approval; you are responsible for approvals granted under your account. Some actions — notably domain registration and generated media — are irreversible and non-refundable once executed. Idempotency keys are honored to prevent duplicate orders on retry.

5. Third-party providers

Underlying services are supplied by third-party providers (including, without limitation, OpenProvider for domain registration and self-hosted email infrastructure for mailboxes, plus LLM and media providers). Their terms, registration agreements, acceptable-use policies, and data policies apply to the relevant portions of your use. We are not responsible for provider outages, price changes, or policy enforcement, though we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide failover where available.

6. Fees and billing

The Service is billed as a subscription plus metered usage. Plan usage credits are applied first; usage beyond credits is billed at the rates shown at quote time. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Domain registrations, mailbox provisioning, and media generation are charged when executed and are generally non-refundable.

7. Data and privacy

We process account data, request metadata, receipts, and audit logs to operate, bill, and secure the Service. BYOK provider keys are stored encrypted and never returned in plaintext. We do not sell your data. Prompts and content routed to third-party model/media providers are subject to those providers' data policies. Our Privacy Policy governs data handling.

8. Service levels and changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to active accounts. Enterprise SLAs, if any, are set out in a separate written agreement.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for provider acts/omissions. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, your agents' actions, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, abuse, non-payment, or legal/risk reasons. You may cancel at any time; fees already incurred remain payable.

12. Governing law and contact

Governing law and dispute resolution to be specified by counsel. Questions: hello@toolcallstore.com.
